Labcyte Workshop: Improve Speed and Reduce Costs of DNA Assembly and NGS Workflows

In this workshop the Labcyte team will discuss the use of acoustic liquid handling to miniaturize synthetic biology workflows; reducing costs and assay turnaround times. We have optimized the design, build and test of tools for gene assembly and cell transformation, and miniaturized NGS assays for plasmid sequencing and QC, reducing reagent costs up to 100-fold. Using the Echo® Liquid Handler you can design, multiplex, and execute high-throughput experiments and make build cycles of thousands of samples feasible. And our tipless liquid handling eliminates human error in both plating and arraying, which wastes reagents and time as a result of experiments having to be repeated.
