Workshop: Antibodies in a week: accelerated antibody screening with computationally optimized libraries and high-throughput repertoire analysis

In this workshop, Distributed Bio will provide training on advanced computational methods in their cloud-based AbGenesis platform to accelerate the discovery of monoclonal antibodies, selection for characteristics including affinity, stability, cross-reactivity and epitope targeting. These methods are demonstrated on selections of optimized SuperHumanlibrary, using robotics and high stringency washes to provide a method for generating high affinity antibodies against a protein target within seven days.
