Workshop: Issues That Women Face in the Synthetic Biology Workforce

How do you know what you don’t know? This is the question. Scientific training is long and consuming, most scientists tend to have smaller social circles comparing to people who are in tech or in business. Traditionally, there have been less immediate role models or mentors available for women.
