Karl Schmieder M.S./M.F.A., is the founder of messagingLAB, a strategy and communications firm. For more than 20 years, he has helped biotechnology companies connect with customers, investors, and partners. Karl served as the chief strategy officer for two digital health companies. Karl received his master’s in biochemistry from UC Riverside and a masters in fine arts in creative writing from the Naropa Institute. His writings have been featured in the Journal of Commercial Biotechnology, Life Science Leader, and the Silicon Alley Reporter. He is the co-author of What’s Your Bio Strategy?
