Melissa Fardy Chimera Bioengineering

Melissa Fardy is a Scientist at Chimera Bioengineering, which develops RNA-based gene regulatory technologies to enable safe and effective cell therapies.  She started her career in synthetic biology at Eve Biomedical, where she was the lead scientist responsible for developing sample prep methodologies and surface chemistries for Eve’s proprietary single-molecule sequencing platform.   Melissa received a B.S. in Marine Science and Chemistry at the University of Miami and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley.
